Phase 02 will be developed in accordance with modern design trends and technological requirements with a focus on highly-efficient ecological solutions.
The second phase of the office complex will be completed in coming years, and well provide offices and amenities with approximately 13,500 sq m of rentable area.
Phase 02 of the office building construction is expected to start in 2016. Further phases of the complex should follow.
Office space will be situated over 12 floors, each averaging 1,250 sq m. Amenities will be located on the building’s ground floor.
